Step 1: Goto your Blogger Dash Board
Step 2: Go to the Posting | Edit Posts tab for your blog
Step 3: Click the label in the left Bar
Step 4: Now Click Select all by clicking all
Step 5:Now click the top label box and select Apply new label
Step 6: Enter the new label name
Step 7: Now click ok.
Step 8: Then start posting your articles in the new label
